Like most companies, we use major carriers to deliver your order. All major carriers have announced that they are operating beyond capacity and will no longer guarantee on-time delivery. While most of our customers are receiving their orders on time, many have reported delays.
Unfortunately, the performance of the shipping companies is beyond our control. Until this situation is over, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING : Most locations have the availability of free 2 or 3 day delivery. We place inventory in warehouses across the country – whether you receive expedited service depends on how close the nearest warehouse is to your location. If either of these services is not available in your area, standard ground shipping is also available. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME: Orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Standard time on business days will ship the same day as you placed your order. Orders received after 3:00PM EST will ship on the next business day. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. This means that an order placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday would ship on the following Monday.
Please note – There are no outgoing shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
TIME IN TRANSIT INFORMATION is supplied to us by our carriers. iWALKFree, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or shipping damage due to carrier.
Delivery will be to the address you supply. iWALKFree cannot be responsible for address errors provided by the buyer. Shipping notifications and tracking number will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provide.
TRACKING INFORMATION – Tracking information is created when the shipping company picks up your order from our warehouse location. They will scan your package and transmit the data to us, which immediately results in us sending you an email which includes your tracking number.
REPLACEMENT PARTS – If replacement parts are ordered together with an iWALK crutch, the replacement parts may ship separately and separate shipping charges may apply
